Join us for four Monday evenings to experience Centering Prayer, a way to be more aware of God's loving presence within. Developed by Fr. Thomas Keating and introduced worldwide by Contemplative Outreach, Ltd, Centering Prayer is a simple yet powerful daily practice of communing with God in a holy silence.
During these sessions, we will deepen our understanding of the background and method of the prayer, and experience it together.
