We will explore:
- The Human Condition.
- How the practice leads to a deepening relationship with a Higher Power.
- The four guidelines of the practice including two 20 minute sits.
- Detaching from our thoughts.
- Benefits of the practice.
To help you make this a daily practice, you will be invited to the weekly 12-Step Centering Prayer group that meets every Monday at the Church.
